HazelNILSSONPassed away peacefully at Hull Royal Infirmary 21st Nov, aged 67 years. Beloved wife of Melvyn, much loved mother of Mark, Paul and Karl. Will sadly be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 22nd Dec at 15:30 at Chanterlands Avenue Crematorium. Donations to Cancer Research UK would be welcome.
